As a survivor of childhood trauma, sexual assault, physical and emotional abuse, with a severe eating disorder, I've discovered how to become whole, healed, healthy, and happy despite the odds stacked against me. 

My passion for fitness, health, and wellness has anchored me during my most difficult times, and for the first time ever, I'm sharing my personal healing and wellness practices to help you thrive too.

A registered nurse, personal trainer, nutritional counselor, yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and Mama of five and grandmother of three dedicated to helping women seize their well-being and become the happiest, healthiest, and strongest version of themselves.

My Story

These days, I’m thriving well beyond what I thought possible, but it wasn’t always this way.

I’ve had to overcome abuse, trauma and physical injuries and illness that have left me with lasting limitations, but I refused to let this stop or break me. Instead, these challenges have strengthened me and made my purpose even more clear. They sparked emotional strength, physical excellence, and mental focus that I never even knew I had. Now I use my experiences and skills to empower women who’ve been feeling lost in life, that have gone through tough situations that nearly destroyed their hopes and beliefs, and who’ve struggled with low self-esteem.

  • Week 4 - Mindfulness

    Discover how to become more intentional every day using practices designed to get you out of your head and into your heart. You'll learn different modalities and be able to choose what works best for you. No prior experience is necessary.

  • Week 6 - Restorative Yoga

    Use restorative yoga to heal, strengthen and improve mobility and flexibility, including an easy-to-follow yoga practice you can use anytime with a breakdown of the props to use.

    Explore what it really means to feel, live, and BE your most fit, confident, and empowered self with a live masterclass and step-by-step guide with special guest Kevin G. Myles. Kevin will provide detailed information on how to fix your diet and the keys to finding fitness success.

    Learn how to change your eating habits without feeling hungry and deprived all the time with this holistic approach that shows you exactly what to eat to feel nourished and satisfied at every meal.
